• Polymer clay
• Paint and brushes
• Ribbon

Don't worry that you will hurt the poker chips. You are only using them as a model. Mold the polymer clay to the size and shape of the poker chip. Using the toothpick score the edge to give it a ribbed look. Poke a hole near the top of the chip. Bake as per manufacturer's directions. Once cool, use your pencil and sketch out the poker chip. Paint in the details. Thread the ribbon and tie in a loop to use as a hanger.
