One of Canada's bigger charity poker events of 2011 is preparing to go from March 27-March 30 and the Texas Hold 'em tournament will feature a record number of entrants. ‘The Sixth Annual Full Tilt Miriam Foundation Montreal Open’ is one of hundreds of charity poker events that take place in North America every year.
The Full Tilt Montreal Open is one of the largest televised charity poker events in the world. The beautiful city of Montreal is a poker hotbed and the home of the 2010 World Series of Poker winner, Jonathan Duhamel, who will play the charity tournament. The Miriam Foundation's exec. director marvels at the growth of the tournament over the six years.
